- 1 banana
- 6-7 strawberries
- 1 ½ cup cooked quinoa
- ½ cup toasted sliced almonds
- 1/3 cup blueberries
- 2 tbsp. lime juice
- 2 tbsp. honey
- Chop mint leaves, banana, and strawberries using suitable kitchen knives.
- In a bowl place cooked quinoa and toasted sliced almonds.
- Add mint, blueberries, strawberries, and banana.
- Mix well, and add lime juice and honey.
