The Jean Patrique Eco-Cook Non-Stick Ceramic Cake Pan is your ticket to better baking! The superior carbon steel construction distributes heat evenly, while the non-stick ceramic coating is stain and scratch resistant. Like all ceramic bakeware in the Jean Patrique Eco-Cook range, this baking pan is also free of PFOA or PTFE chemicals.
