Cookbook is a little bit overwhelming, I cook simply.
The pan is great but I wish it had a detachable handle to use when emptying the pan onto a plate or serving dish.
Great , heavy duty. A bit pricey, tho
Perfect for this pan. Less awkward than regular pot holders
Only used it once and it fried perfectly --nice pan overall
I'm definitely going to use these. The pan is made in one piece of material. So there will be some heat transferred to the handles.
Arrived today well packaged. Very well constructed. Can't wait to cook some steaks.

Easy to use; plenty of room to grill a steak or pork chop and still grill veggie sides at the same time. Glad I bought it.
Great pan but problem with lid does not fit pan and it is dented .
I absolutely love this pan. In fact, I know own four of them. They are great and even work on my induction cooktop. Can't be beat for the price!!!
