These pans work quite well. They are non-stick and clean up is easy.

Great pan! Have purchased 4 for family members.
Very light weight and flimsy. It is Celsius only, which isn’t the end if the world. The instructions say that you can switch it back and forth between Fahrenheit and Celsius. You cannot. I was hoping that the thermometer would be programmable like most electronic candy thermometers. It is not. The thermometer is also not accurate. The boiling point of water at my elevation is 210°F or 98.9°C. It regestered boiling water 96.6°C or 205.9°F.
These little thin rubber handle covers get as hot as the pan, which I do love for what I have used it so far. The little covers are a joke.
Smart and Protective solution. Allows to utilize the handles safely.
They work fine when they're on but are not easy taking off. This can be tricky when removing them after putting the grill pan in a hot oven. I already burned myself after absentmindedly touching the handles. I wish the pan had already heat proof handles.
The handles did not stop the grill from burning my hands as they were supposed to.
Love it. Makes cooking steaks and porkchops so easy.
I used my pan and it is just what I expected great.
