So we designed this Cheese Knife Set and Traditional Cheese Board for all your special occasions. The set includes a hard cheese knife for parmesan and crumbly cheeses, a general purpose medium cheese knife with prongs, and a soft cheese knife for ripe brie or goats cheese, or for scooping stilton and spreading cheeses such as boursin.
