- 2 Tuna steaks
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tbsp. honey
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- Sesame seeds, handful
- 1 green/spring onion, chopped
- 1 lime wedge
- Salt to taste
Method
- Heat olive oil in your Whatever Pan over medium heat.
- Then, add the tuna steaks with the honey, soy sauce, sesame seeds and salt.
- Sear for 2 minutes each side and remove from heat. Allow to rest for at least 3 minutes.
- Slice into 1/2 inch slices
- Serve garnished with green onions, toasted sesame seeds, and a squeeze of fresh lime juice.
