Ingredients
- 370g/13oz pre-made pizza dough
- Parchment paper
- 4 mozzarella cheese sticks
- 1 large egg + 1 tablespoon water for egg wash
- 3 tbsp butter, melted
- ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
- ½ tbsp fresh rosemary, finely chopped
- ½ tbsp fresh basil, finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, diced
Method
- Preheat the oven to 200°C/400°F.
- Roll the dough into about 20 equal balls.
- Line your Whatever Pan with some parchment paper.
- Cut the mozzarella cheese sticks into small squares with your Chopaholic Oriental 3 Piece Chef's Knife Set.
- Wrap the pieces of cheese in the dough. Roll it with your hands until smooth.
- Place the dough ball in your Whatever Pan in the shape of a tree. Ensure that they’re touching one another.
- Mix together the egg and water then use it to brush the dough balls.
- Bake for 16-18 minutes or until golden brown.
- Make the glaze by melting the butter. Mix it with the herbs, garlic, and half of the parmesan cheese.
- Once the tree bread is cooked, brush the glaze onto the rolls and sprinkle the remaining parmesan cheese over the top.
- Serve immediately and enjoy.
