- 12 oz dark chocolate
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1tbsp. vanilla extract
- ¼ cup hazelnut coating
- ¼ almond coating
- ¼ coconut coating Instructions
- Add the chocolate and cream cheese to a saucepan and melt over low heat.
- Add the vanilla extract and mix well.
- Place mix in a bowl and let chill for 1h.
- Start making your truffles by scooping up balls of the mixture.
- Roll the balls in preferred coating and place onto greaseproof paper.
- Let chill and enjoy!
