Quinoa Fruit Salad

Ingredients

  • ½ cup Fresh Mint Leaves
  • 1 banana
  • 6-7 strawberries
  • 1 ½ cup cooked quinoa
  • ½ cup toasted sliced almonds
  • 1/3 cup blueberries
  • 2 tbsp. lime juice
  • 2 tbsp. honey
Instructions
  • Chop mint leaves, banana, and strawberries.
  • In a bowl place cooked quinoa and toasted sliced almonds.
  • Add mint, blueberries, strawberries, and banana.
  • Mix well, and add lime juice and honey.
  • Serve this deliciousness!
