Broccoli with Garlic Butter


  • 24 oz broccoli florets
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1tbsp. brown sugar
  • 2tbsp. soy sauce
  • 2tbsp. white vinegar
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • ½ cup chopped salted cashews


  • Place the broccoli in a saucepan and add water.
  • Cover with lid and cook for 7 min.
  • In a frying pan, melt butter. Once liquid, add sugar, soy sauce, white vinegar, minced garlic, mix well and bring to a boil.
  • Finally, add your chopped cashews and pour the mix on your broccoli.
  • Serve!
