- 4 Salmon Steaks
- 15 gr butter
- 2 cups cream
- 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes
- 7 gr paprika
- 15 gr French mustard
- Salt to taste
- Fry the salmon steaks in your grill pan a few minutes on each side
- Remove from grill pan and set aside.
- Add butter and once it’s melted add the cream, sun-dried tomatoes, paprika and mustard and season with salt.
- Mix well, add the salmon steaks and add the parsley.
- Cook with lid on for approximately 10 min and voilà!
