- 4 salmon steaks
- 1 tbsp butter
- 480ml/2 cups cream
- 50g/1 cup sun-dried tomatoes
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tbsp French mustard
- Salt, to taste
- Fry the salmon steaks in your Whatever Pan for a few minutes per side
- Remove from the Whatever Pan and set aside.
- Add butter and let it melt. Once melted, add the cream, sun-dried tomatoes, paprika and mustard and season with salt.
- Whisk or mix, then add the salmon steaks and the parsley.
- Cook with lid on for approximately 10 min and voilà!
