Creamy Salmon with Sun-dried Tomatoes


  • 4 Salmon Steaks
  • 15 gr butter
  • 2 cups cream
  • 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes 
  • 7 gr paprika
  • 15 gr French mustard
  • Salt to taste
  • Parsley


  • Fry the salmon steaks in your grill pan a few minutes on each side
  • Remove from grill pan and set aside.
  • Add butter and once it’s melted add the cream, sun-dried tomatoes, paprika and mustard and season with salt.
  • Mix well, add the salmon steaks and add the parsley.
  • Cook with lid on for approximately 10 min and voilà!
