Duck Legs in Beer


• 3 duck legs

• 7 oz. chopped carrots

• 2 chopped onions

• 3 oz. celery roots

• 4 sprigs of thyme

• 2 tbs. honey

• 15 oz. beer

• Salt & pepper to taste


• Place your duck legs in a pan and fry them for a few minutes until golden, season with salt and pepper.

• Set aside. Add carrots, onions, celery roots, thyme and season with salt and pepper.

• Fry for a few minutes and place your duck legs on top of the vegetables.

• Finally, add the honey and beer, cook for 40 min and serve!
