Lamb Chops with Christmas Vegetables

  • 5-6 lamb chops
  • Small carrots, boiled
  • Parsnips, boiled
  • Broccoli, boiled
  • Potatoes, boiled
  • 2 tsp. fresh rosemary
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Marinate your lamb chops in olive oil, rosemary, salt and pepper and leave aside.
  • Boil your potatoes, carrots, parsnips and broccoli. Once boiled add all vegetables in a bowl and add olive oil.
  • Grill your vegetables in a grilling pan and add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Once ready, set aside and start grilling your lamb chops on the same pan.
