Homemade Big Max Burger

  • 250 gr ground beef
  • 1 ½ burger buns
  • 2 slices American cheese
  • 1 gherkin
  • Lettuce
  • Salt and pepper to taste 

Burger sauce

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 15 gr yellow mustard 
  • 15 gr garlic powder 
  • 15 gr onion powder
  • 7 gr white pepper
  • 15 gr smoked paprika
  • 15 gr white vinegar


  • Start by making your patties as thick as you like them and season with salt and pepper.
  • First, toast your burger buns in the Whatever Pan on medium heat until one of the sides is golden brown.
  • Fry both patties for 2 and a half minutes a side and add a slice of cheese to each.
  • For the burger sauce mix mayonnaise, yellow mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, white pepper, smoked paprika, white vinegar and set aside.
  • Time to build this bad boy! Spread burger sauce on a bun, sprinkle shredded lettuce and gherkin, place the patty with cheese, place another slice of bun.
  • Then more sauce, more shredded lettuce, gherkin slices, another patty, and the last slice of bun.
  • Dig in!
